對制作PS版的鋁板基較基本的技術(shù)要求是表面光滑平整,無擦劃傷、坑包、印痕、非金履壓入、氣孔、軋制條紋等表觀缺陷,厚薄一致,波浪度控制在1mm內(nèi),平直度小于2I;組織細(xì)密均勻,無偏析、夾渣,內(nèi)應(yīng)力分由對稱、均勻;粗糙度Ra值小于0.28,以保證電解砂目細(xì)密均勻。目前我國大量使用的板基材料為1050A、1060等。
