對于鋁板狀態我們按照全硬、半硬、軟態來進行區分,通常的軟態主要是指鋁板O態,全硬的折彎效果基本不太行,在鋁板狀態里一般H18、H19、H38等都是全硬的,半硬狀態的鋁板基本上都可以折,H24的也就是半硬的。

O態的折彎一般是沒什么問題,不過由于該狀態鋁板太軟,我們一般很少用這種狀態的鋁板來進行折彎,同時我們在選擇鋁板時還要注意純鋁板和合金鋁板的區分,一般純鋁的硬度都不會太高,具體到純鋁折彎可以用1100、1050、1060等,建議用1100H26的。

合金鋁板硬度會好一點,一般可以用3003、3005、5052等半硬狀態的鋁板來折彎。如果用6061、2024、7075由于硬度太高,特別是T6狀態的更是,應該折彎不了,除非你加溫再折,好鋁板與差鋁板的區別是氧化性能、公差、表面效果、晶精度及均勻穩定性等有區別的,單單折彎效果區別不大, 如果鋁板表面做烤漆的話質量不建議用太好的,可以考慮用3003-H26、3005H24或5052H34的。
