拉絲工藝是一種新型的鋁板表面處理工藝,主要以鋁材、鋁板為基材,采用拉絲輪、拉絲砂帶或尼龍環帶對表面進行拉出所需的紋理,拉絲工藝經過壓型、滾涂等多種化學處理而成,具有表面色澤光亮、均勻、時尚感強,給人以強烈的視覺沖擊的特點。拉絲處理是要在沖壓之后再做的,拉絲可根據裝飾需要,制成直紋、亂紋、螺紋、波紋和旋紋等幾種。
