一、對(duì)合金鋁板材進(jìn)行固溶處理：將其從金屬材料中分離出來的熔融到固體中。經(jīng)固化后的鋁合金板材具有較低的稀釋度和較好的塑性。固溶工藝的目標(biāo)是得到一個(gè)用于組織陳化的過飽和固溶物。

鋁板生產(chǎn)廠家時(shí)效處理又稱為脫溶分解，即時(shí)效解溶，固溶體從高溫迅速降溫至固體溶解度曲線之下，因快速冷卻，未及時(shí)析出，而產(chǎn)生過飽和固溶體，隨后，在低溫條件下，此非穩(wěn)定過飽和固溶體隨時(shí)間而出現(xiàn)脫溶分觸，隨時(shí)效溫度和固溶體組成的差異，在時(shí)效脫溶期間，會(huì)出現(xiàn)亞穩(wěn)定的亞穩(wěn)定沉淀相，這些沉淀相與母相共格或局部共格，從而增強(qiáng)了合金鋁板的強(qiáng)度。
