6061鋁板表面處理方式電泳涂裝是利用外加電場使懸浮于電泳液中的顏料和樹脂等微粒定向遷移并沉積于電極之一的基底表面的涂裝方法。電泳涂裝具有水溶性、無毒、易于自動(dòng)化控制等特點(diǎn)。

電泳涂裝是一個(gè)極為復(fù)雜的電化學(xué)反應(yīng)過程,其中至少包括電泳、電沉積、電滲、電解四個(gè)過程。電泳涂裝按沉積性能可分為陽極電泳(工件是陽極,涂料是陰離子型)和陰極電泳(工件是陰極,涂料是陽離子型);按電源可分為直流電泳和交流電泳;按工藝方法又有定電壓和定電流法。目前在工業(yè)上較為廣泛采用的是直流電源定電壓法的陽極電泳。

(1)采用水溶性涂料,以水為溶解介質(zhì),節(jié)省了大量有機(jī)溶劑,大大降低了大氣污染和環(huán)境危害,安全衛(wèi)生,同時(shí)避免了火災(zāi)的隱患;
